Review policies and guidelines
Be detailed and specific. What would you have wanted to know before you purchased the product?
Avoid profanity or spiteful remarks, obscene or distasteful content, email addresses, phone numbers and URLs, information about other companies and websites and telling customers to shop elsewhere.
When uploading photos with your review, focus on the product and how you use it. All photos must be your own and must not include nudity or obscene content. If you upload inappropriate photos, your entire review will be rejected.

Why was my order cancelled and payment refunded?

If we returned your money to you and cancelled your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment or because the products you ordered are out of stock. In most cases, our Customer Service staff will contact you to discuss the matter, but if we cannot get in touch with you within 5 days time after we receive your payment, we will automatically return the funds to you. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of your money and your order.

The most common reasons why we refund your money are:

- PayPal account name and address does not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we tried to contact you.

- The product you ordered is out of stock (we usually keep our inventory stocked and updated), and there was no response when we tried to contact you.

How Does PayPal Work?

Using PayPal you have several choices:

- send money from existing credit on your PayPal account (if any);
- send money from a credit card: the amount is drawn from your credit card and sent directly to the recipient's PayPal account;
- send money from a debit card/ bank account: the amount is sent directly to the recipient's PayPal account.

Our "shipping estimate" is an estimate of how long it will take to prepare your item for shipment and the date it will leave our warehouse. We calculate estimated shipping dates once payment for an order has been confirmed and we begin processing the order. How are shipping estimates calculated?

Our shipping estimates are based on how quickly we can process and package items for shipment – also known as “processing time”. Processing time includes selecting items, quality checks, and packaging. Please note that large orders with multiple items may take longer to process and package.

When will I get my items?

You can calculate your estimated delivery time using the average processing time for your products and the average shipping time of the shipping method you chose for your order.

For example, if you order an item that requires approximately 4 business days of processing time, and select Expedited Shipping (which typically requires 3-5 business days), you can calculate that your order should arrive approximately 9-11 business days after your payment is confirmed.

What if I want to get my items faster?

During checkout, you have a choice of different shipping speeds and can select the radio button next to that option. If you need your items by a certain time, we recommend ordering your items early and choosing a shipping method that meets your delivery requirements.

How can I return a faulty item?

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. We try to satisfy our customers and often are able to sort out problem through our technical support without you having to send anything back.

However, if you are still unsatisfied with the item, you can request a return, repair or replacement under our Return Policy.

Generally we advise returning your package through ordinary postal services in order to get a Customs Form for international packages. If you use a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, we cannot cover the shipping fees or any Customs fees that might apply.

If you did not buy your product directly from, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you.

NOTE: You must contact us before you send anything back; we will send you a Return Form that must be included when you send the product to us.

Why can't I choose my desired courier?

Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. All we need from our customers is the length of time in which they desire to receive their products, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.

How do I save on shipping?

Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized.

If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method, it will be much cheaper than using expedited shipping.

"I am an online seller, can you show me how you calculate shipping?"

Please log in to your account, put items in your cart, and preview the shipping cost in the checkout process. You can also go back, change the items in your cart, and see how the prices change if you order more or fewer pieces.

The calculation is automatic and based on your shipping address and the weight of the items!

There are two reasons why we can't publish fixed shipping rates or put them in a table on our website:

1: Displaying the calculation chart would be too big. Imagine over 100 location codes, 50 weight bands, factoring of constants for each combination, exceptions, etc. Now imagine this information, but for four or five different courier companies. You can't represent that in a simple way, which is why we just let customers preview calculations for their order in the checkout system.

2: The shipping rates for different countries are changed monthly by the courier companies, so shipping quotes are not a static equation. This means that publishing the information online is even more unfeasible.

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items. Shipping TimeTotal Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Event & Special Occasion Dresses
It will take 4-6 business days to tailor your dresses by our professional dressmakers. It will then take about 2-6 business days for the package to travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, etc) and method chosen.

Who is responsible for product damage or loss during transit?

We offer Shipping Insurance for just US$ 1.99 to protect your package, in case of lost or damage problems. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately.

You can add shipping insurance when you checkout your order, it is worth it.

Return Policy

Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Dresses

Shipping Time

Whether choosing a standard size or custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch.
Total Shipping Time is based on the time tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Event/ Party Dresses & Special Occasion Dresses

It will take 4-6 business days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 2-4 business days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS, etc) standard.

With the principle of supremacy of customers, we will try our best to make the dress that shipped to you caters to your request. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, washing and iron the dress. If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Return Policy

*All our dresses aren't just pulled from a warehouse - once your order is confirmed, our tailors begin selecting materials in the color you requested and cutting fabric based on your measurements. Even standard size dresses are made to measure for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully. For full details, see our Return and Cancelation Policy.

*All our dresses from PromTimes are tailored by experienced professionals and hand-made accordingly. Each dress goes through quality-inspection four times before being shipped out to minimize such problems from arising. Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive.

If you wish to refund, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us. After returning the dress, we will inspect the dress to ensure that the defect was our responsibility, upon which we will offer you a complete refund within 16-20 days. However, if the defect is within aforementioned 5% difference, we can only offer you a partial refund of 20%-50%. We hope you can understand.

*If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.

* PromTimes only accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we cannot warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by PromTimes.

* Package lost during the ordinary shipment period can be treated with full refund.

*If we shipped you an incorrect item: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return or exchange.

* We cannot accept returns for confirmed customer sized or customer self designed dress.

* We cannot accept returns for that the item is too heavy or too light.

* We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning method.

* Bear in mind that the quality problem is not including color aberration for it could exist due to PC monitor display effect and weather condition, but we can declare that our products are of good quality. Any uninformed returning of the item will not be credited.

* Dress is not the size you ordered. If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments; we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

* Dress is the measurements you ordered but does not fit. Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned, or exchanged.

* You should contact us within 2 business days (from the date that the item is received) if you want to return the item back to us. You can email to to claim your return. A reply with the resolution is offered within 24 hours.

* Till you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support first; our customer representative will clarify for you. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. If we agree to refund, please email us the completed Product Return Form and you need to ship the item back to us within 7 business days (from the date the item is received). We can only warrant you refund after we receive the item in good conditions as we send to you. And you should be responsible for the shipping fee.

* If you want to cancel the order, then you have to contact us within 24 hours, Orders canceled after 1 day of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 50% of the product refund and the full shipping cost. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

* No returns on under garments and clearance items.
